My name is Corrie Woolcott and I live in San Diego, CA. I am Sr. Training and Development Professional with Instructional Systems Design (ILT and e-Learning), Soft and Technical Skills, Management and OD Experience.
I have over 15 years of training experience in both public and private sectors across multiple industries.

I enjoy engaging in talent management practices, reading about human capital strategy, managing training departments and exploring new technology for rapid training deployment as well as exploring social learning. I work with HR, organization effectiveness, various types of hybrid training departments, to help drive performance Improvement within the core business units of the organization. I help demonstrate ROI through rich, blended and specialized training performance programs.
Why? This website was created in June 2009, I was looking for a new challenge, a way to expand my online network and share my 15 years of Organizational Training and Development experience. How?
